We purchased a memory ball as an 80th Birthday present for my Mum. It has 10 spots to have your photos engraved on it, Mum has chosen to put six generations of eldest daughters on one side, and our family on the other. We were thrilled with the quality of the engraving and of the locket itself. You will not find a more helpful and easy to deal with person than Debbie. I recently ordered an engraved key ring with a photo of my Nan and Pop (who unfortunately are no longer with us) for a Christmas present for my Dad. I was really worried about how it would turn out as the photo I sent wasn't the best quality and is around 25 years old.
First off, I finished work at 10pm and got home late after a bad and busy day at work and came home to discover it had arrived, which surprised me as I had only just received an email two days prior to say it had been finished, I live in SA.
Secondly, I did not have a thing to worry about at all, the quality and detail of the engraving turned out amazing, far better than I could've expected; it was that good I woke my mum up to show her and she had to be up at 3am for work!
Memory Keepsakes should be extremely proud of their work and business, they produce such amazing pieces at a high standard, I'll definitely be back to order again!
Thank you for creating such a special and meaningful keyring, I can't wait to see my dad's reaction in Christmas!!
